This course is an intensive three day training designed to equip ground operations personnel with practical knowledge and classroom‑based simulation skills aligned with industry best practices. The program focuses on safe and efficient ramp operations, baggage and ULD handling, cargo and dangerous goods awareness, passenger handling, and incident management. Delivered through a blend of instructor‑led lectures, case studies, tabletop simulations, and hands on non airside exercises, the course prepares participants to apply standardized procedures, improve operational reliability, and contribute to measurable performance improvements in ground handling environments.

After completion of this program, participants will be better able to:

• Describe the organizational structure, regulatory framework, and key responsibilities that govern ground operations in accordance with international best practices.
• Apply Safety Management System principles and personal protective equipment protocols to maintain a safe non airside training environment.
• Demonstrate correct marshalling signals, pushback concepts, and basic ramp procedures through classroom simulations and role play.
• Perform baggage flow and ULD build up procedures accurately, using checklists to ensure load integrity and documentation completeness.
• Identify common classes of dangerous goods, interpret basic DG documentation, and follow required handling precautions for classroom scenarios.
• Execute passenger handling and boarding procedures for routine and special‑needs passengers, delivering professional customer service under operational constraints.
• Coordinate multi unit communication and apply incident response steps during tabletop emergency simulations, including NOTAM awareness and escalation protocols.
